We set up 2008 Trout Camp on Tuesday and relaxed after the setup. If camp gets any bigger we will need a building permit.

Roger donated a lantern to our group. Thanks again Rog!

Frank and Josh discuss life. Trout Camp is a good place to find these discussions.

Buck, Josh and I get the fishing gear together. We worked hard for very few fish on this trip.

Josh in the river casting streamers. Josh did a nice job presenting the fly, but the fish did not cooperate.

Josh was wading near the top of his waders. I gave him bad advice as where to cross the river.

Josh and Harry enjoying a brew after fishing. Remember to display the label.

Watching the Red Wings. It took us two hours to set up that darn dish. The nights were very cold on this week.

Steve and son Nate. This was Nate's first trip to Trout Camp. I'm sure it was educational for Nate.

The Green out numbered the Blue on this trip. OK, I confess, the picture is poased.

The Three Amigos (or Pisano’s). The Licavoli boys are a fun bunch to have in camp. Lots of great stories.

We Voted Dean "The King of Stories". Some seriious talk and stories took place all week.

We must have run out of saltines.

Lloyd Carr joined us at camp.

Our 2008 campsite. It seems to grow every year.

Sam fishing from the bank near the campground. It was good to see Sam cast a line. Maybe next year we will fish together again, eh?

Dan and Roger relax at their campsite after setting up.

Friday was wash day. Hey, I know this picture "ain't pretty", but getting clean felt good.

An afternoon bull session.

L-R: Dan, Harold and Harry talk about something.

Mike and Harold on the river. The late afternoons were great on this trip. It was the best weather in years.

Nate spent a few minutes watching the river roll by.

The Best of the Class of '71. A repair job on the trailer. Dean spent hours troubleshooting the problem, but the ol' mechanic Tom finally solved it.

Andy assisted with the repair. Thanks again Dean for all of the effort and hard work.

Nick and I pose for a snapshot. This was Nick's first trip to the camp, and it was great to have him along.

Grandpa and Nate.

After dinner we gathered at the river.

Andy and Frank take after fishing snoozes.

Nick casting a streamer. The fishing was difficult on this week and the wind made casting somewhat difficult.

Stubby, Tom and Keith visited on Saturday. Eucher was the first order of business.

We fried the remenants of last year's walleyes for the group. We had enough to feed about 20 guys.

We had plenty of walleye filets, and they were great.

The group enjoyed the fish fry.
