2006 Group Picture

Sam was certainly proud of his Man Card.

U of M vs MSU. The rivalry continues.

Camp set-up went well, as the first two days were featured warm weather.

Mike cooks pork. We certainly ate well.

We had satillite TV and watched the Pistons and Tigers.

Roger Kitchen bundled up. The weather began to turn cold on Wendsday afternoon.

By Wendsday, the weather was cold and wet, making for an uncomfortable lunch.

The entertainment arrived on Friday. Daryl begins to hold court.

Tim made his first trip to trout camp. Any comments Tim?

Uncle Frank was our recreation director. We can't quite figure out this activity.

This group watched the Pistons on Friday night. Bob had an unusual knack of clearing the tent on occasion.

This morel was growing on Daryl's campsite.

Daryl hold morning court. Many of the world's problems have now been solved.

On Saturday morning we were greeted by sunshine. Somehow the coffee tastes better on warm mornings.

Joe on the river. Joe and I fished for a couple of hours on Saturday with limited success while dodging canoes.

Our first attempt at a group picture. Somehow it just didn't seem right.

Tom, Larry and Neil drove to camp for a Saturday fish.

James and Evan spent a night a camp this year. Uncle Sam's arm is still sore.

Saturday night dinner. Sam cooks steaks, Joe turns chickens.

Another stretch of the Manistee. It seemed as busy as I-75 on Saturday afternoon.
